    Nota de Prova

Intense Ruby color, deep aroma to red fruits, where the French oak integrates in perfect harmony, giving great complexity. Wine with great structure. Elegant with very long end in the mouth

    Vinificação

The grapes come from an over 65 years old vine. They were picked up in small cases at the end of September separating the best bunches. After being destemmed, they are pressed in granite "lagares". The grapes fermented for 6 days with temperature control at 26ºC. The malo lactic fermentation occurred in stainless tank and then the wine aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle

    Gastronomia

Roast and grilled red meats and lightly spicy meat dishes. All type of cheeses
