Tasting Notes
Garnet colored wine shows an aroma with black fruit notes (plums and blackberries), spice and some toast. In the mouth, starts with a pleasant initial softness, followed by a balanced acidity and a pleasant astringency supported by silky tannins.
Winemaking
Manual harvest and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 27ºC, with long maceration (3 weeks). Ageing in French oak barrels for 6 months.
Food Paring
White meat dishes , grilled red meats and little spicy meat dishes , fish in the oven and cod
