Tasting Notes
Pale, clear and bright greenish yellow color with time-persistent bubble. On the nose come the natural aromas of fresh, intense, fine and elegant grapes with hints of dried fruits. Balanced palate.
Vinitification
1st Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel vats after static decanting with stage in stainless steel vats over fine dregs. 2nd Fermentation with traditional method, in bottle, in basement at 10-12ºC.

Ideal for starters, seafood and desserts.
