Tasting Notes
Concentrated ruby color, intense bouquet of wild berries and floral notes in harmony with stage notes in barrels. The palate has expressive tannins in balance with the fruit, providing a persistent finish. .
Winemaking
Manual harvest in small bins, grape choice at the cellar entrance, malolactic fermentation in tanks with temperature controlled. !8 months stage in french oak barrels.
