Cor citrina com aroma frutado a lima, ananás, maçâ reineta, baunilha e pétalas de rosa. Muito bom equilibrio, estrutura elegante com acidez fresca. Final longo fresco e mineral.
Winemaking
After the selection and careful manual harvesting, the grapes are subjected to gently crushing and full destemming. Follows a period of 8 hours of maceration at 10 °C to maximize the performance of the grape enzymes responsible for the flavor extraction. Cold settling at 7 °C for 48 hours. Selected yeasts are used to induce fermentation elapsing between 12ºC and 15ºC for at least 30 days.
Food Paring
Ideal to be served simply or as an aperitif, it comes with various fish dishes, white meat, Mediterranean salads, pasta and codfish with bread and asparagus.
