Tasting Notes
Garnet colored with ripe plum, chocolate and some spice, with notes of toast from the wood where it staged. In the mouth is soft, the acidity is well balanced and the silky tannins more alive linger in the mouth.
Winemaking
Manual harvesting using plastic containers. The grapes vinification in stainless steel vats was followed by a slight maceration, with 12 months stage in new French oak barrels after fermentation, followed by a minimum stage in bottle of 6 months.
Food Paring
Suitable primarily for meat or spicy dishes.
