Garnet in color, nose with black plum fruit, violet, earthy and tobacco. In the mouth it is structured, with a lot of definition in texture and freshness
Winemaking
Manual harvest of 1 hectare using 20 kg boxes. The grapes were vinified in stainless steel tanks with a slight post-fermentative maceration. Aged for 11 months in new French oak barrels.
