Tasting Notes
Wine with a citrus color, nose with citrus fruit like orange zest, wet stone, cedar and some resins. In the mouth it is vibrant and structured.
Winemaking
Manual harvest of 1 hectare using 20 kg boxes. The grapes were vinified in stainless steel tanks with a slight post-fermentative maceration followed by 10 months of aging in old French oak barrels (2 barrels of 300 liters).
Food Paring
Excellent for fish, seafood, sushi and salads.
