Jardim de Granito Encruzado White
Tasting Notes
Citrus yellow color, clear and bright. Aromatically intense wine, with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, such as peach and nectarine. Mouth attack with a lot of aromatic intensity. Firm and well-integrated acidity. Very balanced and persistent finish.
Winemaking
Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes. After pressing the whole grapes, the must was subjected to static decantation at low temperature for 24 hours. It was then sent to a stainless-steel vat where it fermented and staged. Considered a cellar wine, it has great potential for evolution in the bottle, as it comes from a variety such as Encruzado
Food Paring
Excellent to accompany fish dishes, salads and seafood
