Tasting Notes
Gin with a warm mountain aroma and coated with a soft touch of roasted chestnuts that does not disguise the roasted touch of the chestnut and coffee. In the mouth it feels the warm winter mountain and the touch of roasted chestnuts with floral sweetness.
There is a citrus touch throughout that balances and harmonizes the gin. A Gin that surprises due to the contrast between aroma and flavor
Destillation
Distillation carried out in a heated copper still, with cereal-based alcohol and double filtered water according to the London Dry Gin method.
