Tasting Notes

Dark amber and caramel color. On the nose it is fresh, with aromas of sparkling herbs with fruity notes. Flavor with great aromatic complexity, smooth, pleasantly sweet with notes of absinthe and spices in the finish.

Winemaking

This drink is much more than Vermouth. Not only because it is made with first quality wine and elaborated according to our artisanal methods, but because it is our first Vermouth that incorporates a fine and delicate bubble. That characteristic brings back and highlights in the mouth, intense sensations of flavor, as notes of freshness that make this Vermouth a perfect drink for anytime.

Food Paring

Can be drinked  in the traditional way with a lemon twist and an olive or with tonic water and lots of ice and an orange slice.
