Tasting Notes
Deep red color, intense and complex aroma dominated by wild fruits and spices, with very well integrated wood notes resulting from the aging in French oak barrels. In the mouth it is full-bodied, fresh and surprisingly persistent.
Winemaking
Vineyards with an average age of 12 years. Classic winemaking with destemming and crushing. Alcoholic fermentation at 24ºC in deposits. Total sugar depletion with the skin. Natural malolactic fermentation. Aging in 225L French oak barrels for 6 months.

Ideal for grilled and roasted meat dishes and slightly spicy dishes
