Tasting Notes
Pomegranate-colored wine with ripe plum aroma and some spice, with discreet notes of roasted oak. In the mouth appears full, fruity and elegant.
Winemaking
Mechanical harvesting using plastic "containers". The grapes vinified in stainless steel tanks at 24ºC followed by short maceration after fermentation and bottle aging for 8 months.
Food Paring
Red meat dishes, game and oven baked fish.
