Tasting Notes

Clear with a deep ruby color, it has a complex and intense aroma of ripe black fruits, with notes of jam and raisins and a typical floral touch of the variety. In the mouth, we feel the intense and elegant fruitiness with a long finish.

Winemaking

From the best vineyards of Freixo de Espada à Cinta, we select the Touriga Nacional grapes that were subjected to a careful harvest to give rise to this complex wine. Pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, malolactic fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats.

Food Paring

Ideal to accompany meat dishes, smoked meat, cod and sheep's cheese.
