    Tasting Notes

    Garnet-colored wine boasting ripe plum aromas, some spice, with notes of toasted wood in which it aged. The palate is soft, the acidity is well balanced and the most lively silky tannins prolong tasting and show its youth.

    Winemaking

    Mechanical harvest using plastic containers. Vinification in stainless steel vats at 24º followed by a small post fermentation maceration.

    Food Paring

    Good for daily meals and recommended for grill meat.
