It presents an intense color, with aroma of fruits, notes of chocolate and tobacco leaves. Deep, concentrated flavor with a persistent finish. .
Winemaking
Manual vinification in small capacity trays, choice of grapes at the entrance to the cellar, alcoholic fermentation in temperature control wine presses. 18 months aging in French oak barrels.
