Attractive ruby color. Fresh aromas with suggestions of giesta flower, pinion and notes of eucalyptus. Good volume on the mouth in perfect balance with a lively acidity that gives it a long and gastronomic finish.                                                                                                  

Winemaking

Manual harvesting in boxes of 20 kg and total destemming. Stage in cement tanks for 12 months.

Excellent for red meat dishes and strong cheeses
