Tasting Notes
Greenish yellow color, excellent aromatic intensity. It presents itself with a very elegant and persistent mouth, and a surprisingly fresh acidity.
Winemaking
Vineyards with an average age of 12 years. Low driving with bead pruning. Direct pressing, cold settling, alcoholic fermentation at 13ºC in stainless steel tanks and filtration.
Food Paring
Ideal with light dishes like fish, seafood, salads and grilled meat.
