Tasting Notes

Deep garnet colored wine, concentrated. Mentholy aroma, with berries. In the mouth is balanced, elegant, with velvety tannins, intense and persistent.    

Winemaking

The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to our winery, to begin the transformation process in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature with post fermentation maceration period of 21 days. The wine was aged for 12 months in 500 liters of french Allier oak barrels, followed by 12 months in the bottle
