Tasting Notes
A full-bodied wine with deep red color. It’s complex aroma presents Intense aroma of red fruits, spices and cocoa. Balance and elegant.
Winemaking
The grapes were hand-picked and transported to the winery to begin the transformation processed in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature with post fermentation maceration period of 21 days. The wine was aged for 12 months in 500 litre Allier French oak barrels

This wine goes very well with fine roast and grilled red meats.
