Tasting Notes
A wine of intense and concentrated color. Fine aroma, with hints of mature fruit and chocolate in a smooth and harmonious combination. A soft red, well structured in the mouth, round and balanced.
Winemaking
The grapes were harvested by hand and transported to our winery, to begin the winemaking transformation process in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature and a post fermentative maceration period of 21 days. The wine partially aged in barrels of 225 liters of french and american oak for 3 months.

Red meat dishes, game and oven baked fish.
