    Tasting Notes

    Intense Ruby color. Great aromatic character, with notes of thin barrel toast with jam notes mixed with black fruits, blended with spices and chocolate, all in perfect harmony. In the mouth is an elegant wine, sweet tooth, fine dealing with high aging potential.

    Winemaking

    Made from the oldest vines in years of excellent production conditions. Destemmed, treading in granite mills. alcoholic fermentation in the mill for 6 days, with continuous operation and temperature control. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Later stage of 16 months in new French oak barrels.

    Food Paring

    Roast and grilled red meats and lightly spicy meat dishes. All type of cheeses.
