Pink color with fresh aroma and aromatic persistence with fruity and long flavour.
Winemaking
Maceration of 10 hours followed by pressing. After 48 hours, decantation was carried out at 10ºc. The fermentation took place with temperature control at 15ºc

Excellent with seafood, fish and grilled meats and salads.
