Tasting Notes

Citrus in color, it has a very complex and intense aroma of tropical fruits combined with floral notes and a noble mineral character. In the mouth we feel the fresh and persistent fruitiness, typical of the variety.

Winemaking

From the best vineyards of our associates, the Códega do Larinho grapes, characteristic of this region, were selected and harvested in perfect state of health and maturation, which gave rise to this fresh wine of great character. Good skin contact, pneumatic pressing, flotation and temperature controlled fermentation.

Food Paring

Ideal to accompany dishes of cod, oily fish, seafood and white meats.
