Tasting Notes
Citrus-colored wine with notes of fresh tropical fruit with a mineral accent and citrus perceptions, as tangera and tangerine. The taste is soft, with a marked freshness, which adds depth and persistence.
Winmaking
Manual night harvest using plastic containers. Vinification in stainless steel vats at low temperatures and then aged in a stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 8° C until bottling.
