Tasting Notes

A youthful, citrus-yellow color. The nose reveals fresh floral notes, subtle citrus, and hints of wet stone. On the palate, the structure is dominated by vibrant acidity and a textured presence. It finishes with medium persistence and a direct sensation.

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested into 20 kg boxes and received at the winery. After manual sorting and destemming, they are then mechanically crushed, followed by maceration and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, maturing on fine lees.

Ideal to accompany fresh dishes, Asian food and semi-cured cheeses.
