    Tasting Notes

Very intense violet color, nose with notes of fresh red fruit (cherry and wild berries), rockrose, and violet, with light smokiness. On the palate, it's fresh with silky yet challenging tannins. Aged for 18 months in second- and third-year French oak barrels. Limited edition of 7,500 bottles

    Winemaking

Fresh grapes at their ideal ripeness, hand-picked into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the winery where they undergo careful manual sorting, destemming, and gentle crushing. Fermentation takes place in stone vats, with mechanized treading and pumping over, and temperature control

    Food Paring

Ideal for enjoying intensely flavored dishes from regional Portuguese cuisine (roasts, grilled meats, sausages and medium and long-aged cheeses)
