    Tasting Notes

Intense lemon yellow color, aromas of stone fruit (apricot, mango and pear) and white flowers (chamomile), when tasted it is a wine with great unctuousness and freshness. Limited edition of 6.000 bottles

    Winemaking

Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, hand-picked into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the winery where they undergo careful manual selection, destemming and gentle crushing. They are pressed in a vertical press. The resulting must, in a stainless-steel tank, decant at 8°C for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 12°C for 30 days and at the end it was aged for 8 months in stainless steel with stirring of the fine lees.

    Food Paring

Ideal for enjoying with fresh-tasting dishes such as salads, seafood and charcoal-grilled fish.
